amazing access to restaurants and park views

I truly enjoyed my stay here, particularly because of its great central location right on Main Street, making it so easy to explore local restaurants and shops. The beautiful views from nearby parks were just breathtaking during my walks.

What stands out – both good and bad

The location is unbeatable with everything within walking distance and the staff’s warm hospitality truly enhances the stay. Beds are super comfy and the breakfast at the restaurant is delightful.

Parking can be tight. we struggled to find a space initially. The layout feels a bit cramped, making it challenging to move around comfortably in the room.

I really enjoyed my stay in the Heritage Room, especially with the thoughtful birthday card and prosecco surprise waiting for me. The hot tub was a beautiful spot to unwind, and there was also a cozy leisure area with a fireplace to chill out. The location is exceptional, right on the Main Street. The rooftop hot tubs provided a fantastic way to unwind after a long day of exploring. The Heritage Room offered stunning mountain views that made our stay memorable. We particularly enjoyed the charming ambiance of the restaurant, which served nice meals that complemented our experience.

Highly recommend for couples seeking adventure

The hotel's hot tub was a revelation, soaking there after a long day was just what we needed. Plus, we got upgraded to a room with a fantastic view of both the mountains and bustling Banff Avenue below, that was a bonus.
